We worked with Bobby Glassick out of the Vilseck office. He gave us great advice, and we regretted not following it right off the bat. He recommended a great place to get our loan, but we tried with our banks that we’d been using for 10+ years, (BTW USAA will not approve a loan on a used auto when the vehicle is outside the US, no matter how great your credit score is). Mr. Glassick was a straight shooter and took care of all the little things on the vehicle before we took possession of it. That is the first time I’ve ever had a dealer do that. This is my wife’s 2nd vehicle purchase and my 6th. Great guy, good deal. Mr. Glassick made us feel like we were always welcome in his office and not just someone he was trying to push through the lot to make a sale. If we ever replace my 87 300zx, this will be the first place we look.
